All pricing at Cinnamon Street Kids is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. CSK reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

Cinnamon Street Kids is dedicated to providing the best customer service and quality products. We will always aim to make sure that all the products listed on our webstore are currently in stock and pricing is correct.

You must contact us within 7 days of your purchase with a receipt of your purchase so the problem can be handled swiftly.

Of course we expect that products will be returned as new, with tags, and in its original packaging. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition.

Cinnamon Street Kids are not always entitled to offer refunds. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you get what you ask for but simply change your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else or had no use for it.

We try very hard to keep our postage at an affordable rate for our customers. Cinnamon Street Kids will send your order REGULAR for $9.95 or EXPRESS for $14.95 on all orders up to 3kg.

 We aim to have your order dispatched the day of your order using Australia Post. However during sale periods please allow up to 24hrs for your order to be dispatched. 

Should you need something in a hurry we will do our best to accommodate however we can not always guarantee a delivery time. 

We process orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday 9 - 4pm and exclude public holidays. If you purchase any of the products on a non-business day, we will process the order on the next business day.

We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, you should receive your delivery within 2-5 business days depending on where you live.

Once we have processed and sent your order, you will receive a tracking number. You can then track your order via Australia Post

Once we have shipped the item and it is with the shipping provider, it becomes the responsibility of the receiver. 
We currently do not offer insurance on our shipping.
Whilst we will do everything in our power to assist should items become lost or damaged in transit, Cinnamon Street Kids is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
We will be offering free local pickup/delivery to the Ayr - Burdekin Region.

All international shipping orders are shipped via  Australia post (registered post international).
We have a flat international delivery fee of $25 dollars anywhere in the world.
We offer a lovely complimentary gift wrapping service both instore and online. Let us know at checkout when ordering online and we can gift wrap for you.
From time to time items that are listed as in stock may in fact not be. We apologize if this error does occur and we will contact you within 3 business days to discuss an agreeable alternative or a full refund.
All Pre-orders will be sent ASAP as soon as we receive the goods.
All our items are thoroughly checked for any faults before being packed and wrapped. However if any products are found faulty or damaged please contact us within 5 working days to arrange a solution. 
Any personal information that you provide to us including name, address,e-mail telephone number will be kept confidential and not given out under any circumstances.
Cinnamon Street Kids does not keep any credit card details you may provide on our cinnamonstreetkids.com.au webstore. You credit card details are processed through Pay Pal and Shopify payments through the webstore, which is then linked to our merchant bank accounts.

The Cinnamon Street Kids mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Cinnamon Street Kids (“Cinnamon Street Kids”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Cinnamon Street Kids’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Cinnamon Street Kids through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Cinnamon Street Kids. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to CSKids or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Cinnamon Street Kids mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
