Australian Standard Shipping
Standard shipping within Australia is $9.95.
Standard shipping is complimentary on orders of $150 or more, excluding gift hampers and bulky products.
All orders are sent with tracking through Australia Post.
Australian Express Shipping
Express shipping within Australia is available for $14.95.
Express Post provides a faster Australia Post delivery service but does not move an order ahead of our normal processing times.
Gift hampers and bulky products have separate shipping rates.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day will normally be packed and dispatched that day.
Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or on Queensland public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, launches and sales, dispatch may take slightly longer. We will contact you if there is an unexpected delay.
Delivery Times and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking details.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the Australia Post service selected. Regional and remote destinations may take longer.
Australia Post delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If you require an order urgently, please select Express Post or contact us before ordering.

Bulky Products
Products identified as bulky on their product page attract a flat $20 bulky-item shipping charge.
Bulky products are excluded from complimentary shipping offers, including orders of $150 or more.
If an order contains products from multiple shipping categories, Shopify may calculate a combined shipping charge. The complete shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Some oversized products may be available for in-store collection only. This will be stated on the product page.

Complimentary gift wrapping is available for online orders.
If your purchase is a gift, select Make it a gift in your cart, choose your wrapping design and enter your gift message.
We can send the parcel directly to the recipient without including pricing information. Gift hampers are supplied beautifully presented and ready to give.
