When you shop with us we want you to be in love with your newly purchased goodies. We take pride in all our products and if your order is not quite what you were expecting please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date with a receipt of your purchase so the problem can be handled swiftly.

All SALE items are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale/discounted items unless they are faulty.
FULL PRICED - change of mind or incorrect fit items.
We are more then happy for you to return your item/s to us. Of course we expect that products will be returned as new, with tags, and in its original packaging. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition.
Cinnamon Street Kids are not always entitled to offer refunds. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you get what you ask for but simply change your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else or had no use for it.
We do not refund you if you simply change your mind. We do not offer any refunds on postage paid.
We will offer an exchange or a store credit on non-sale items.
Store credits will be emailed as a online gift card to the same email address you purchased with. Our store credits do not expire.
PLEASE NOTE orders will not be cancelled after checkout for any reasons, that include but not limited to - change of mind, fail to apply a code.

You can choose a new item/s which you would like to exchange they will be held for you until we receive your returns.
Returns must be at the customers expense. Returns for exchange must include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned.
