The bear is easy to hold in baby's hand stimulating touch and security and is packaged in a customisable FSC gift box ensuring she is ideal as a newborn or christening gift. Her micro-velour cream body provides comfort while her blanket and ears are covered in the flower print to aid in grasping skills and visual strengthening. Soft and snuggly, she is made of recycled materials and stuffing derived from recycled plastic bottles making her 100% eco-friendly.

SHIPPING

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day via Australia Post.

Standard shipping is $9.95, with free shipping on orders over $150. Gift hampers and bulky items are excluded from the free-shipping offer. Any applicable bulky-item shipping charge will be shown at checkout.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order before returning an item.

Eligible full-priced items must be unused, unworn and returned with their tags and original packaging. You may choose an exchange or store credit. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

Sale and discounted items cannot be returned for change of mind.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this change-of-mind policy.
